We had the perfect stay at Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge And Yoga Center. The newly built rooms with wooden floors and big windows offered amazing views of the surrounding trees. The serene atmosphere allowed us to relax and feel like we were in a comfortable tree house. The daily yoga classes with Anna were a wonderful addition to our stay, and the food was delicious. The friendly staff helped us navigate the area and made sure we enjoyed our time.

This place has attentive staff and big, clean rooms with nice views. Surrounded by nature, you can see birds and monkeys. The food is fresh and tasty, and they offer cooking classes. Yoga classes are challenging and well-led. Location is close to town but quiet.

I felt like I was in a little slice of paradise at a hidden gem in Ella. The mix of Sri Lankan and western hospitality at Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge And Yoga Center was incredible. The couple who run it, with their German-Sri Lankan background, made me feel safe, understood, and like part of the family. The lodge itself is brand new and absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by nature. And the food? Amazing! From tasty Sri Lankan dishes to delicious pasta, they really know how to cook. And if you're a yoga enthusiast like me, you won't be disappointed. Anna, the hostess, is an excellent yoga instructor.

Being located under the trees during the rainy season, there were times when it felt a little dark and difficult to enjoy the sunlight. Additionally, some guests have mentioned that the sheets and towels had a slight stale smell.

We were blown away by the breathtaking view from our treehouse at Arana. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts we needed. Despite a few minor inconveniences like damp bedding and a cold shower, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were warm and attentive, making our experience even better. we highly recommend this hidden jungle paradise for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

arana lodge in ella exceeded our expectations with its beautiful rooms set amidst tropical surroundings. The friendly owners helped us with our onward journey and the yoga session with anna was fantastic. The location, a bit outside of town, offered stunning views and the activities on site were a great addition to our stay.

We stayed for two nights in the 3-double-bed apartment, beautifully built with wood like a tree house. The location is a little bit outside, but very short walk to center. Very calm location with perfect jungle feeling and smart stone footpaths. Staff is very nice, the owner couple very helpful. Big advantage: very good yoga lessons, even for men. Big advantage: Possibility to book tours with fair rates. It was the best apartment in our 2 week holiday.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We stayed in a beautiful treehouse that had an incredible view over the hills. The room was tastefully decorated and had all the comforts we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on activities and arranging a half day trip to a tea plantation and dova cave temple. The yoga sala was super nice, and we enjoyed the classes. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the mushroom pizza and rice and curry.

The rooms were not soundproofed, so there was a possibility of being disturbed by neighbors.

I loved everything about this place. The friendly team made me feel right at home. The location offers peace and quiet, with easy access to town. As a solo traveler, I felt safe walking back at night. The room was lovely with a giant bed and amazing views. The personalized breakfast options were incredible, and I enjoyed the yoga and cooking classes. The highlight was the team's effort to get me a train ticket for the famous train ride from Ella.
